Historische Residenz (Kauf oder Miete)
This historic cottage from 1600 is located in one of the oldest streets of the village, barely 50 meters from the main piazza. It is located on the ground floor and has an area of about 65 square meters with a well-equipped but small outdoor area. The house consists of a large living room with a kitchenette and two separate bedrooms. All rooms have vaulted traditional ceilings made of local tuff stone. The small artist house is also located in the historic center of Gagliano del Capo. Access to the building is directly via the main room, which has several ancient vaults made of old tuff blocks. The romantic atmosphere of the main room then leads to a double bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a loft with a comfortable double bed. From there you can reach the fabulous terrace, from which you can admire the rooftops and alleys of the old village. The terrace has a small functional kitchen.
